MySolid welcome - applications for Solid Security customers!

MySolid allows you to receive information about alarms continuously in the premises and allows you to quickly send information to the Monitoring Station about reporting alarms, as well as cancel false alarms without making calls.

Selected application functions:

1. Alarm notification

Each Solid Security Customer using the MySolid app is immediately notified of an alarm being triggered at any object in the list of protected locations.

2. Alarm notification

The MySolid app allows you to report an alarm for any object, from any place and at any time, without calling, waiting for a call and without talking to an operator.

3. Cancel the alarm

If there is no danger, it is easy to cancel the alarm to avoid intervention, false alarm and additional costs.

4. Reporting a delayed alarm (amber alarm)

Using MySolid, you can protect yourself against the threatening situation by setting a delayed alarm. In a situation where someone is calling the door and there is a risk of it being a robbery, the user can activate the delayed Amber alarm. If a robbery occurs, after the time has been counted, the alarm will be sent automatically, even when the person is restrained. However, if nothing happens, the user will again disable the countdown and will not be notified to the Intervention Group patrol.

5. PIN code

Both notification and alarm cancellation can be additionally protected with a PIN code

6. Device Authorization

To use the application, you must register the service with Solid Security in advance

7. List of objects

The MySolid app allows you to browse the list of objects owned by the customer and protected by Solid Security on your own phone.
